Virtual Project Manager

1) Working with the owner to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.
2) Creating and managing Asana projects and scheduling deadlines.
3) Must be able to setup process workflows in Trello for new client onboarding
4) Manage subcontractors and their progress
5) Must have social media and Google Ad expertise
6) Suggesting new projects and exploring new avenues of opportunities to help grow the business.
Requirements:
1) Experience with project management theory and best practices.
2) Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
3) Strong analytical skills.
4) Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
5) Adaptable and flexible.
6) Highly skilled using Canva, Asana, Trello, Photoshop (when needed) and website maintenance with WIX and WordPress.
7) Trustworthy and honest.
8) Proactive mindset.
9) MUST be located here in the UNITED STATES (preferably Central or East Coast times)
