I am from El Salvador with 7 years of experience in different projects, such as customer service experience and virtual assistance which is related to a variety of industries: telecommunications, logistics, insurance, and travel industry; I am proficient in using Microsoft Office and any CRM needed. I’m passionate about helping others, finding solutions to complicated tasks, and learning new things. My goal is to work with a company or entrepreneur that focuses on growth so we can both learn through the process and do it together. I can handle stressful situations and several responsibilities simultaneously. I describe myself as a very friendly person, detail-oriented, a fast learner, and self-taught.
