Social Media Marketing
I’m a digital marketing expert and I graduated from the University of Georgia 8 years ago. I’ve worked with several companies including Hawke Media and 99 Dollars Social where I have responsibilities ranging from marketing to programming. Some of them are:
• Implement the marketing strategies and campaigns organized by the department.
• Gather data from research, analyze the information and maintain a database for reference.
• Perform market research studies regularly on new trends through surveys, polls, etc to stay up to date on the changing market behavior and culture.
• Create surveys, polls, and questionnaires for research purposes.
• Maintain spreadsheets and a database information and statistics found through research, financials, inventory and write reports.
• Be dutiful to the department and its executives and aid them in executing all tasks.
• Actively participate and help organize the promotional events and campaigns organized by the company.
• Prepare and deliver presentations.
• Maintain good communications and company relations with clients with excellent customer service and people skills.
• Write content and copies for publishing and driving the campaigns and promote the company’s presence in the market through brochures, press releases, and so on.
• Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance.
• Apply marketing analytical techniques.
• Developing and creating high-quality, engaging social media content, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
• Scheduling posts and updates across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews from followers and customers, building relationships and engaging with the target audience.
• Developing and executing social media campaigns and promotions, including influencer partnerships, contests, and giveaways.
• Using analytics tools to measure the success of social media efforts, tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, and reporting on performance to stakeholders.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the social media industry and the platforms themselves, and adapting strategies as needed.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product teams, to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
• Developing and implementing creative ideas for social media campaigns and strategies, and continuously testing and refining approaches to improve results.
