Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, project management software, and cloud-based applications, with an extensive knowledge of English to produce professional written material. Project Managers/Listing Agents should have experience in property management tasks, as well as admin support responsibilities. Responsibilities include project planning and adjusting timelines, executing project tasks, managing vendors and stakeholders, tracking costs, risks, and progress, maintaining project documentation, and providing administrative support. They will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
