Administrative assistant at Regional Blood Transfusion Center from Jan 2022 till July 2022.
My main role is handling administrative matters including checking emails and scheduling meetings, managing the
record keeping system both manually and computer-based in order to create a user friendly and systematic
information management. In addition to that I interact professionally with al level of staff and maintain the highest
Level of confidentiality. I am also responsible of audit reports and make sure they are delivered within the correct
timeline.
Data Analyst at Precipio from 2020 till 2022 (Remotely)
My main role was analyzing and collecting the patient’s data and assist the pathologists in reviewing and releasing
the medical reports to our clients on time. The role was very detail oriented and the error had to be kept at a
minimum level also I was responsible for archiving patient’s medical and billing information efficiently. ((Precipio
is a cancer diagnostics reference laboratory, delivering the latest in advanced diagnostics and personalized medicine
located in The USA)).
Customer service representative at Vodafone UK call center from 2016 till 2020.
Handling phone calls, texts and emails resolving customer inquiries and tickets (Technical, Billing and complains).
My role also included placing outbound calls to existing members to provide additional consultation on products
and services. Using knowledge base systems and work processes to help customers.
