I am a seasoned customer service with over five years of experience. I am born a results-driven, resourceful, and thoughtful individual. Most importantly, customer service runs in my veins, and I feel alive and fulfilled when helping people.

Additionally, I am inherently a business analytics person as I was able to hone my skills in Math, Statistics, Analytical software, and Subject Matter Knowledge by taking advantage of the available resources to date.
