Administrative Virtual Assitant

I have worked as a personal assistant/secretary in an insurance office for the past 6 years.

My current job duties include:
-scanning documents and entering member details into our online database system
-answering the phone and taking messages
-scheduling appointments with our members
-making doctor/dentist appointments for our members
-adding/scheduling work events and appointments to agents’ calendar email
-knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
