Coordinated large scale banking lender meeting at remote location including travel, transportation, site tours, hotel rooms, and banquet.

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries, direct incoming messages, generate correspondence, and serve as a main point of contact for the office by coordinating activities, prioritizing tasks, and balancing deadlines.

• Conduct strategic research, interpret technical data, track personal finances, and author reports and proposals at and enhanced legal document tracking and management by introducing a new filing system.

• Worked on large trade floor and partnered with HR to deploy recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and large-scale office moves. Responsible for shared SharePoint sites for the trading group and legal department. Supported legal with documentation for regulatory bodies including seating maps, floor access, organizational charts, and required document retention. Entered employee hours, project hours and PO tracking in SAP.

• Analyzed several monthly trading reports, addressed coding issues, composed expense reports, and optimized the inventory management system to streamline supply ordering and reduce annual costs.
