With over 20 years of administrative experience that lead to more project based focus, you will find my capabilities to be flexible to most project structures and the fast-paced change they most assuredly go through.

Over the last 10 years I have enjoyed working with teams on designing, developing and executing business solutions that help team members and the organization not only succeed but excel. To succeed, I take the time to fully understand the core organizational operations, understand the processes put in place, understand the systems that play a role and then watch how it all works together. Only then I can uncover where there are shortcomings. Along with key members of each team we can share our version of the “truth” and begin to design or merely adjust a certain process and improve collaboration, documentation that is accurate and “clean” and/or systems that support team members.
