I have more than 6 years of experience in the customer service industry, working with top brands like Apple, Google, and Intuit. This is evidence that my customer service skills are on par with the standards of these established brands.

I’ve also experienced working in the Ecommerce space when I worked for Ampere Tech. I’ve mastered the ins and outs of Shopify, Gorgias, Skubana, and Backerkit during this span.

While I was working for an Ecommerce brand, I was also working for the founder of a Digital Marketing Agency in the US. I’ve been working for him as an Executive Assistant / Social Media Manager.

During my time as an Executive Assistant, I handled various digital marketing tasks, including:
