Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant

My last work experience is already on a managerial level overseeing the entire admin department. But, I strongly believe that in order to be an effective leader of a department or a team, one has to have first-hand experience and understanding of the work itself, so I have no problem starting from an entry-level.

I have a wide experience as an Administrative Specialist in an office-based startup company. For two years, I am responsible for doing payroll, expense tracking, compensation, and benefits, recruitment, record keeping, records filing, and asset inventory. All these are done manually since we don’t have a system yet. I am great at spreadsheets, and record keeping and have a passion for training too.

I have also worked in a customer service role and then in a Team Leader position for ten years in the BPO industry.

Lastly, I am willing to learn and even enjoy learning things and sharing my expertise if needed.
