I am a professional administrative assistant with diverse skills. I possess exceptional, analytical & problem-solving skills & am able to support management and provide administrative information to all areas of the business whilst ensuring that all management information is accurate and secure.
For over 5 years, I’ve worked as an administrative assistant | data entry clerk | customer service representative for various companies. I’m tech-savvy with good knowledge of computer software such as Spreadsheets, Word processors, and PowerPoint.
I have a work background in data entry into CRM, lead generation (list building), email handling, appointment scheduling, online research, file management, and hiring/onboarding of new employees.
I do have good skills in fast typing, an eye for detail, and familiarity with google docs, sheets, Calendar, and online forms.
As a detail-oriented and organized professional, I take pride in completing tasks on time and with accuracy.
During my spare time, I like cooking different cuisines for my family.
