I’m Patience, and welcome to my small business. I’m a business admin student, Jolly Phonics teacher, HR Intern, and a part-time virtual admin assistant(with 2 years of experience). I started this business specifically for SMEs because I realize most of the pressure they face is because they don’t know that help is needed, or at least they are aware of it, but it’s far beyond their budget. And that is where I come in. One of my biggest goals and the main reason for this business is to ease the daily pressures of several business owners and make you experience the efficiency and effectiveness my services bring to your business every day at the most affordable prices. Part of my services includes focusing primarily on admin work, and through several virtual assistant roles, I have acquired skills; in email and calendar management, scheduling, internet research, travel booking, data entry, successfully handling all required paperwork, and other admin tasks. I am proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft (Word and Excel), Trello, Click Up, etc. In addition, my experience as an online student has equipped me to be a self-driven, multi-tasking self-starter that can be left alone to complete tasks quickly, diligently, and on time. Overall this has enhanced my attentiveness to time management, detail, and accuracy. I am open for work 24/7 and confident that I will deliver the work you wish to receive.
