Youtube Video Editor Editor

We are looking for a talented video editor who:

– Can cut full-length Youtube videos into 3-5 mins clips.
– Add our intro and outro, and logos

Each video will be $15. We typically send out timestamps in batches of 3 or more.

This role requires you to:

– Have strong copywriting skills and be able to catch a typo from a mile away
– Be a master of written and verbal American English
– Have access to and experience with industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro)
– Move quickly and communicate openly
– Work well independently but thrive when contributing to a like-minded team
– Kick ass every day

Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:

– Have 3+ years of experience in an equivalent production role, preferably in a video marketing environment
– Be experienced in color grading and cleaning up audio of raw footage
– Have 5+ years of creative corporate or freelance experience
– Demonstrate a strong portfolio of past content in both cinematography and editing
– Have access and are experienced with knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, and After Effects
– Have expertise in using fast cuts, zoom-ins, zoom-outs, and FX to keep the content engaging
– Have experience working on a team and receiving feedback and direction
– Have a proficient understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
– Be experienced in reframing/formatting footage and exporting in the proper size
– Possess excellent written and verbal communication in English
– Be organized, responsible, responsive, and accountable
– Have great communication skills and take deadlines very seriously
