Role Overview: The Virtual Sales and Customer Support Agent will handle customer interactions through online chat, aiming to provide excellent service and boost sales for our clients, who are adult women social media influencers.

Manage and respond to customer inquiries via chat.
Promote additional services and products based on customer needs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Continuously improve service quality through feedback and training.

Exceptional written communication skills in English.
Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Hourly + Commission ranging from $4 to $12.
