Virtual Personal Assistant for YouTube

Role Summary: We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Virtual Personal Assistant to support two burgeoning YouTube channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, a knack for building relationships, and an interest in media, design, and luxury real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach and Communication: Proactively contact potential podcast guests, architects, interior design companies, developers, and luxury property agents to foster collaborations for the YouTube channels.

Channel Management: Assist in coordinating schedules, interviews, and content creation for both YouTube channels.

Brand Partnership: Seek out and establish relationships with potential brand partners that align with the channel’s ethos and audience.

Social Media Management: Regularly update and manage communication via Instagram, LinkedIn, and Email.

Database Management: Maintain and update a robust contact database, documenting correspondence and tracking follow-ups.

Content Coordination: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operation and timely content delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the media or luxury real estate industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), email, and standard office software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently, showing initiative and creativity.
Knowledge of the podcast industry, architecture, interior design, and/or luxury real estate is a plus.
