Virtual Executive Assistant

I am looking for an executive virtual assistant (EVA) responsible for administrative support to a senior-level executive, typically in a remote or virtual capacity. The EVA typically works remotely, communicating with the executive and other team members through email, slack, and videoconferencing.

Key responsibilities:

– Managing and organizing the executive’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel
– Screening and directing incoming calls and emails
– Drafting and composing emails, letters, and other documents on behalf of the executive
– Maintaining and updating the executive’s contact list and records
– Managing the executive’s projects, including setting deadlines, delegating tasks, and following up on the progress
– Coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure that the executive’s projects and initiatives are completed efficiently
– Arranging and coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops
– Performing research as needed to support the executive’s work
– Lead generation
– Maintaining confidentiality of the executive’s personal and professional matters

Qualifications:

– At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
– A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
