Virtual Executive Assistant in Digital Product Strategy and Higher Education

I am seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Executive Assistant to support my work as a digital product strategy leader in managing professional and educational responsibilities.

As a dynamic professional and educator, I require a skilled assistant who can streamline administrative tasks, enhance productivity, and ensure efficient operation across various projects and courses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administrative Support:
a) Manage and maintain the director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
b) Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and prioritize messages.
c) Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
d) Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
e) Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects.

2. Communication:
a) Assist in drafting professional communications, including emails and announcements.
b) Ensure effective and timely communication within the team and with students on my behalf.

3. Digital Product Strategy Support:
a) Assist in tracking project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
b) Conduct market research and analysis to support digital product development.
c) Help create and manage project documentation and reports.
d) Collaborate on product strategy initiatives and brainstorming sessions.

4. Education Support:
a) Assist in organizing course materials and resources for undergraduate courses.
b) Help manage course schedules, assignments, and student inquiries.
c) Support in grading and assessment tasks and maintaining records.
d) Facilitate communication with students regarding course logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS
1) Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
2) Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3) Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
5) Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
6) Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve.
7) Prior experience in administrative or executive support roles preferred.
8) Familiarity with digital product strategy or education is a plus.
10) Reliable internet connection and access to necessary software/tools.
