We are seeking a proactive, professional, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support an entrepreneur who owns and operates four global, fully remote tech companies. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy, resourceful individual skilled in personal and administrative tasks, ready to help this entrepreneur optimize his life!
Personal Assistance: Manage various personal tasks for the entrepreneur, ensuring a balance between professional and personal life efficiencies.
Calendar Management: Oversee the entrepreneur’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure all appointments align with personal and professional commitments, spanning across different time zones.
Email Management: Monitor, sort, and respond to emails, highlighting urgent correspondence, and drafting replies or coordinating responses as necessary.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries for business and family, including flights, accommodations, and other logistics.
Event Management: Organize dinners, corporate gatherings, and other events, ensuring they meet the entrepreneur’s standards and professional commitments.
Podcast Assistance: Assist with various podcast-related tasks, including scheduling, communication with guests, preparation of materials, and promotion.
Hiring and Recruiting: Aid in the hiring process by posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with prospective hires.
Miscellaneous Projects: Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as directed by the entrepreneur, ranging from research assignments to personal errands.
Proficiency in technology and various software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and others relevant to task management and communication).
Strong english skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response.
