Virtual Events Manager - Zoom Meeting Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Events Manager to coordinate and execute online events, specifically Zoom meetings, for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for inviting multiple participants to join online meetings, managing attendee lists, and ensuring seamless execution of virtual events.

*Responsibilities:*

– Coordinate and execute online events, including Zoom meetings, webinars, and conferences
– Invite multiple participants to join online meetings using provided lists
– Manage attendee lists, track RSVPs, and send reminders to participants
– Ensure all technical requirements are met, including audio, video, and screen sharing
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event goals and objectives are met
– Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, presenters, and stakeholders
– Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate records of events, including attendance, feedback, and evaluations

*Requirements:*

– 2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management
– Proven experience with virtual event platforms, specifically Zoom
– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
