Virtual Event Technician / Producer

We are looking for an event technician to help us run our virtual games over the busy Christmas period.

From games of 10 people to games with 100s of virtual participants we need a confident event technician with experience using all major video conferencing software and who has experience of interacting with clients, dealing rapidly with issues and learning new skills.

As such the main things we are looking for are:

1) Experience running virtual events
2) Comfort with Zoom, Teams, Meets & Webex and their functionality
3) An ability to manage client relationships
4) Confidence in rapidly resolving technical challenges

You would primarily be delivering events in the month of December when we are busiest. However, there is an opportunity to join the team on a more permanent basis should you impress over the December period.

You would be given extensive training on our systems, software and processes ahead of running your events.
