Virtual Assistant with Expertise in Monday.com, Motion, and General Administrative Support
I am looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to help streamline my work and personal life. The ideal candidate should be experienced in developing and managing systems on Monday.com and Motion, and be comfortable working with a busy, not-so-organized individual. They must also be available for daily Zoom calls and have a flexible schedule to align with Mexico City time, working before and after the standard workday in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
Monday.com & Motion Management:
Develop and manage task boards, workflows, and automations in Monday.com.
Manage and optimize my Motion account to help keep my tasks and calendar organized.
Daily Administrative Support:
Organize and manage my email inbox, reading emails during daily Zoom calls where I’ll dictate responses.
Process tasks dictated via voice memos throughout the day and follow up on them.
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating appointments.
Task & Workflow Management:
Help improve my email workflow and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Create and maintain tracking systems for sales, budgets, and project management.
Assist with improving overall organization, bringing structure to my daily operations.
Bilingual Communication (Preferred):
Ideally fluent in both English and Spanish to assist with writing and communications in both languages.
Support with Business Operations:
Assist with project coordination, team follow-ups, and general administrative duties.
Help organize meetings and ensure all follow-up tasks are tracked and completed.
Requirements:
Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
Schedule Flexibility: Available to work before and after the main workday (Philippine time) to align with Mexico City (CST) hours.
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on helping others become more organized.
Expertise in Monday.com and Motion.
Strong organizational and task management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
Comfortable with daily Zoom calls and working with task management software.
Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, and other project management software.
