Virtual Assistant for Rental Property Management

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to efficiently manage rental properties in Phuket and moderate a dedicated Facebook group. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and is comfortable navigating both property management tasks and online community moderation.

Responsibilities:

1. Rental Property Management:

  • Coordinate property bookings, reservations, and guest check-ins/check-outs.
  • Communicate with guests to address inquiries, provide necessary information, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Oversee property maintenance and coordinate with local service providers when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage property expenses and budgets.

2. Facebook Group Moderation:

  • Create engaging and informative posts to foster community engagement.
  • Review and moderate group content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and foster a positive online community.
  • Monitor and report on group analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to organize and promote events within the group.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages, especially Thai, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with online property management platforms.
  • Prior experience in social media management and community moderation.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

I have many years of previous experience of working within the travel industry; including Sales; managing a team within the complaints department; working as a receptionist on a large campsite handling various aspects of the customer journey; and managing the reservations for a hostel.
