Dedicated Virtual Assistant for a education startup, we help students in exams and need support in sourcing & booking influencer partnerships, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Partnership Management (Primary Responsibility):
– Proactively source and connect with a minimum of seven study influencers weekly.
– Handle all outreach, communication, and negotiations, requiring excellent English proficiency and fast response times.
– Schedule video uploads, maintain a detailed performance tracking spreadsheet.
– Assess the effectiveness of influencer collaborations and provide feedback for strategy adjustments.

YouTube Shorts Management:
– Upload five YouTube Shorts videos daily to the SimpleStudy YouTube account.
– Ensure videos are engaging and correctly formatted with titles, descriptions, and visibility settings.

Weekly Metrics Tracking:
– Compile and update weekly performance metrics from various platforms.

Community and Social Media Management:
– Engage with our community on Scottish social media pages and A Levels Discord.
– Upload content to Scotland’s Instagram Reels as per schedule.

Content Repurposing:
– Adapt IE videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels with new text overlays.

– Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
– Proven experience in influencer outreach, negotiation, and management.
– Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
– Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
– Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
