We are a small and growing e-commerce sticker company based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and we are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team. As we are growing and doing many things at the same time, we need someone who can help us with all-round tasks.
Your main duties will be to:
– Perform basic video editing skills, such as simple TikTok video editing
– Use basic Photoshop skills to replace layers (this is really simple to learn)
– Communicate effectively in English and report on tasks
– Use Slack and Notion for communication and planning
– Send emails using Outlook
– Have a basic understanding of Shopify
We are a small and passionate team that prides ourselves on creating unique and stylish stickers. We print all our products in-house with our own materials and machines. As we grow, we need someone who can help us keep up with the pace.
The ideal candidate should be someone who is willing to learn new things, and has excellent communication and reporting skills. We prefer someone with basic video editing and Photoshop skills, but don’t worry if you don’t have experience in these areas, as we can explain the tasks to you.
