We are currently looking for a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in engaging with potential students and promoting our language programs.

Responsibilities:

Phone and Email Communication:

Answer calls from potential students and provide them with accurate information about our language courses.
Address queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Encourage callers to take placement tests to assess their language proficiency.
Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing calls, including outcomes and follow-up actions.
WhatsApp and Social Media Interaction:

Respond to WhatsApp messages promptly, offering information and support as needed.
Reach out to individuals who have shown interest in our programs via calls, providing them with more details and answering their questions.
Follow up with interested parties to guide them through the enrollment process.
Social Media Monitoring:

Monitor and reply to comments and messages on our Facebook posts to ensure an active and engaged online presence.

Availability:

Be available during working hours throughout the week to handle incoming calls and messages.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using technology and communication tools, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Organized and detail-oriented to manage call records effectively.
Previous customer service or virtual assistance experience is a plus.
Compensation and Working Hours:

Hourly Rate: 11 euros per hour.
Expected Weekly Hours: 3-5 hours (flexible within working hours).
Initial Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
