Are you a detail-loving, Spirit-led professional with a heart for healing and organization? Purely You Restoration is a biblically based energy healing practice rooted in truth and freedom, and we’re seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to help us serve more people with excellence and clarity.
This is more than just a list of tasks—we’re looking for someone who aligns with our calling to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free (Isaiah 61:1) and who brings initiative, discernment, and a fresh perspective to a mission-minded business that helps clients walk in restoration.
🕊️ What We’re Looking For:
A committed Christian whose values align with our biblically rooted, Spirit-led mission
Attentive to detail and thorough in follow-through
Self-motivated and proactive—brings ideas, notices gaps, and suggests improvements
Familiar with (or willing to learn): Mailchimp, Canva, Squarespace, Practice Better, GPT tools
Comfortable with task-based, flexible work (approx. 5–10 hrs/week to start, with potential to grow)
Able to communicate professionally via email, with weekly check-ins and bi-weekly or monthly Zoom calls
You don’t need to be a professional copywriter, graphic designer, or social media expert. If you have solid basic skills and a willingness to learn, you’ll be a great fit.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
Admin & Organization:
Update and maintain client records in Practice Better
Upload and manage intake and check-in forms
Track feedback and store client wins
Organize and track referral, birthday, and client email lists in Mailchimp
Website Support:
Monitor product stock and update the Squarespace product store
Maintain up-to-date scheduling links in Squarespace and Practice Better
Keep services up to date on the website
Email Support:
Format and send newsletters via Mailchimp:
General Monthly Newsletter
Birthday Emails
Group Session Updates
Send referral and follow-up emails as needed
Creative & Social Media:
Use basic+ Canva skills to format social media graphics
Schedule and publish posts for group sessions using pre-determined content pillars
Optionally use AI tools (like GPT) to support formatting or repurposing content
💵 Hourly Rate:
Open to discussion based on experience and skill level.
