The ideal candidate should have knowledge in these areas and be able to efficiently handle various administrative and operational tasks.

Scheduling and calendar management: Coordination of meetings and regular updates with clients, freelancers, and other partners.

Email management: Responding to client inquiries, forwarding relevant information to team members, and prioritizing emails.

Project management: Monitoring projects, updating project plans, communicating with freelancers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Social media and content management: Planning and publishing content on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to strengthen the online presence of the agency and its owner.

Client relationship management: Maintaining client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and customer surveys.

Research and data entry: Conducting market and industry research to keep the agency informed about trends and developments.

Sourcing new service providers: Identifying, evaluating, and contacting potential freelancers, agencies, or other service providers needed for expanding the offered services or supporting projects.
