Virtual Administrative Assistant Needed

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing support to our operations and ensuring seamless business processes. This role involves working remotely to manage a variety of tasks such as handling appointments, scheduling, communication, research, and data entry, among others. Experience in human resources and bookkeeping is a plus. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. This position requires approximately 30-50 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Provide reliable support for administrative tasks including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling inquiries.
Coordinate and manage social media platforms and company communications.
Conduct internet research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation.
Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
Perform data entry tasks and manage databases.
Arrange meetings and conference calls, and manage and maintain meeting schedules.
Assist with preparation and delivery of business materials and presentations.
Support human resources and bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Experience in human resources and bookkeeping is highly desirable.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with technology and experience in managing digital files.
