Travel Specialist, Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Travel Specialist/Virtual Assistant/Discord Moderator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, managing travel bookings, and moderating our Discord server. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Manage travel bookings and itinerary changes for clients
Research and recommend travel options based on client needs and preferences
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
Moderating our Discord server and ensuring a positive and engaging community experience
Create and update customer accounts in our system
Process payments and refunds for travel bookings
Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends and best practices
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, travel booking, and virtual assistance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in moderating online communities and using Discord is a plus
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, travel booking, and virtual assistance
