Travel Sales Consultant

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Representative to join our scuba diving business. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by connecting with potential customers and educating them on the benefits of scuba diving. Your role will involve building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Generate sales leads and develop a pipeline of potential customers
Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective customers
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain ongoing communication
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a memorable experience
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and products
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals

✅Proven track record in sales, preferably in the scuba diving industry
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver results
✅Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅Passion for scuba diving and a desire to share that passion with others
✅Ability to travel as needed to attend events and meet with customers
✅Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
✅A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

We offer a competitive monthly salary package comprising a basic salary starting from $800 and a performance-based incentive. This is a full-time position (40 hours a week) catering to European/US hours and the potential for growth within the company.
