Telemarketing - Transfer Call To Live Sales Agent (Call Screening)

Needs to hire 6 Freelancers

We are looking for telemarketing / sales schedulers to perform telemarketing on cold calls, and screening / scheduling on warm calls, to work to generate call transfers and appointments for our insurance sales agents.

We have hundreds of agents which sell insurance for our company, and this position will work both cold calls (on a targeted list of consumers that are a possible fit for our insurance needs), and will also screen calls of individuals who have inquired about insurance needs, to try to generate transfers and create appointments for our insurance agents who are standing by ready to assist.

The individual must be highly motivated, fast paced, and able to overcome objections, and able to deal with rejection while staying positive and motivated.

We have a sales system which will manage all interactions/queue/calling, so no manual list building or calling is required by the individuals.

The individual is required is have modern computer in good shape, and to have a stable good internet connection (minimum 3mbps download, and 1 mbps upload, with less than 80ms of latency or lower).

Compensation will be a combination of base and bonus pay, with the bonus pay being dependent on the number of transfers generated. We are looking for individuals who can work a minimum of 40 hours per week, on a long-term basis. Previous sales and or telemarketing experience is strongly preferred.

***Fluent English-speaking skills are required. Spanish speaking skills are a plus but not a requirement.***
