Job Description: Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant
Type: Part-Time (2 hours/day, with potential to grow)
Pay: Up to $10/hour (dependent on experience)
Location: 100% Remote (Must be available during European morning hours)

You lack fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
You cannot provide two contactable references who you have worked for for 12+ months.
You are not available during European morning hours.
You lack hands-on experience with tools like Kartra, Go High Level, Canva, Zapier, GPT, Calendly, ClickUp, and WordPress.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management:
Update and manage WordPress sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve tech glitches across various tools and platforms.
Implement SEO best practices as per instructions provided to you.
Marketing Support:
Design branded landing pages in Kartra and Go High Level per briefs.
Create visually compelling graphics using Canva.
Manage email marketing systems and automation workflows (Zapier, GPT-powered tools, etc.)
Video editing
Operations Support:
Maintain ClickUp task management system.
Manage bookings and client communications via Calendly.
Identify and implement solutions to improve system efficiency.
Problem-Solving:
Address unexpected technical challenges with confidence and precision.
Learn and adapt to new tools and systems as the role evolves.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with the following tools:
Kartra, Go High Level
Canva
Zapier (automation workflows)
Calendly, ClickUp, Email marketing platforms
WordPress (basic updates and troubleshooting)
Exceptional English communication skills (fluent).
Proven ability to solve technical problems independently.
Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
Growth mindset and adaptability to new challenges.
Reliable internet connection and commitment to daily availability.
