Tech Assistant/Support (Long-Term)
We are hiring a Tech Assistant/Support Staff for our company to assist senior Tech Management with day-to-day tech maintenance and upkeep.
– Troubleshoot Zapier automations
– Troubleshoot Airtable automations
– Assist with Pipedrive issues and/or automations
– Test APIs with Postman
– Assist with login/email access to new team members
– Report API issues to Senior Tech Leadership team
– Communicate with Senior Tech Leadership team
– Must be able to work during CST hours
– Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
– Must be an expert in using Zapier automations
– Experience using Postman for API testing
– Must be familiar with CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc)
– Must have a high-speed internet connection
– Must be a quick learner

• Manage calendar agendas and scheduled appointments, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
