Tax Operations Specialist
We are looking for a part-time Tax Operations Specialist, whose primarily function would be to input business data into government forms and online web portals. This role demands keen attention to detail, prompt responses, and accuracy in completing designated tasks within strict time limits.
– Accurately enter business information into online portals and web forms.
– Review data for completeness and correctness.
– Communicate with the team to correct data-related issues.
– Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet project deadlines.
– Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
– Proven data entry experience, preferably in prior tax operations roles.
– Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Available to work in Eastern Time working hours.
– Proficiency in data entry software and tools like Excel and Notion.
– Reliable, responsive, and committed to meeting deadlines.
– Familiarity with filing government forms.
Working with Us:

– Communication: You will receive clear communications on work status for the day, along with deadlines for each task. We request you provide us regular updates and respond promptly when work is assigned.
– Work style: Manage workload efficiently for timely completion. Ideally, you will work in 4 hour blocks through the entire day or two 2-hour blocks at anytime during the day.
