We are a health and wellness company looking for help with data entry and systems management/engineering. This role is fully remote and offers the unique opportunity to be a part of our rapidly growing team full of experienced registered dietitians. In this role, you will work with the coaches and leadership team to ensure a seamless client experience and business operations.
Looking for a true expert to help the back office operations move smoothly and automatically through the client lifecycle. Automation and making life easier for our team of nutritionists, from an operational perspective, is the goal.
We need an expert in Airtable, that can maintain the current system and build out further capabilities. We also use Zapier, Stripe, Kajabi, and Practice Better. Must have familiarity with all of these and more for a variety of use cases including track client data through the sales process, tracking client sessions, auto payments, monthly invoicing, and more.
Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies and procedures.
Fulfill operational tasks for both the internal health coaching team and our clients.
Support tactical inquiries from coaches for the operational workflow of maintaining client services.
Manage email communications in a timely and effective manner.
Prepare summary based reporting, recommendations, and insights to drive innovation.
English Fluency (Required).
Familiarity with Airtable, Zapier, Slack, Kajabi, Stripe and various business software.
Possess capability to pick up new technology quickly.
Ability to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
