Quality Assessment: Assess supplier capabilities and product quality to ensure they meet our standards and specifications.

Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market dynamics to make informed sourcing decisions.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the shipping and logistics process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, contracts, and product specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sourcing Agent or Procurement Specialist in China.
A strong network of industry contacts and supplier connections.
Deep knowledge of the Chinese market and business practices.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities to assess supplier quotes and data.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is highly advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel within China as necessary.
