As a Social Media Manager for our Jewellery Store, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Your primary goal will be to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and drive customer engagement and sales through various social media channels. Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for our jewellery store.
– Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram (currently at 6k followers), and Pinterest.
– Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
– Analyze social media metrics and insights to identify trends, track performance, and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new ideas and technologies into our social media strategy.
– Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the jewellery or ecommerce retail industry.
– In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
– Strong creative and visual skills with the ability to create engaging content.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
– Familiarity with jewellery trends, styles, and terminology is a plus.
