I am seeking a detail-oriented and organized virtual assistant to help manage day-to-day operations for my Amazon FBA business. This is a remote, part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

– Managing inventory – tracking stock levels, replenishing inventory, coordinating shipments from suppliers
– Listing products – creating and optimizing Amazon product listings, managing pricing and availability
– Order fulfillment – processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner
– Customer service – responding to customer inquiries and issues via email and Amazon’s messaging system
– Bookkeeping – tracking expenses, managing receivables/payables, processing payments
– Reporting – compiling sales reports and other metrics to measure performance
– Marketing – assisting with promotions, coupons, giveaways and advertising campaigns
– Other administrative tasks as needed – scheduling, correspondence, research, etc.

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a related administrative role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency with Excel, Google Drive, and other productivity software
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Basic bookkeeping knowledge
