As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in expanding our larger e-commerce store customer base. This role will involve setting up the cold email infrastructure, crafting persuasive email campaigns, generating leads, and engaging potential clients. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for e-commerce, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Email Infrastructure Development: Set up and manage a scalable cold email system to reach potential enterprise clients.
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
Email Campaign Management: Craft compelling email campaigns that resonate with potential clients and drive engagement.
Sales Engagement: Engage with leads through email, understand their needs, and position our Shopify app as the ideal solution.
Reporting: Track and report on outreach metrics, including email open rates, response rates, and conversion rates.
Feedback Loop: Work closely with the product and customer success teams to gather feedback and continuously improve our outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the SaaS or e-commerce sectors.
Strong understanding of cold email best practices and tools.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages.
Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
