My coaching business is growing and I’m looking for my “unicorn” person. A ‘ride or die’ business sidekick who loves to be behind the scenes, making it all happen. Someone who shares my vision for helping women heal their money wounds and create the conscious wealth they deeply desire. EA/VA Responsibilities will include:
owning the backend tech for my payment systems, memberships, and email systems
managing email inbox
some calendar management
light community engagement inside my memberships
downloading/uploading call replays & trainings
creating and updating work processes
hopefully many more activities and responsibilities that we’ll dream up together over time (like helping me get on awesome podcasts, helping me plan retreats, etc.)

This role is currently part-time, flexible hours, and work from home. I generally work 9a-2p PT so it’d be nice if we had some overlap in our work hours. I expect this to grow into a full-time role over time and I’d love someone who desires a long term working relationship. Pay starts at $15-$20/hr depending on experience and will grow as capabilities are demonstrated.
