Revenue Manager for Vacation Rental Company

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Revenue Manager to join our team and maximize the revenue of our vacation rental properties. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, setting rates, developing pricing strategies, and managing inventory to drive revenue growth and increase the overall profitability of our vacation rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Monitor and analyze occupancy levels, demand patterns, and booking trends to optimize pricing strategies.
Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy, utilizing revenue management software and other tools.
Monitor and adjust availability, rates, and inventory to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations and vacancies.
Manage third-party distribution channels, such as online travel agencies (OTAs), to ensure pricing consistency and maximum exposure.
Create and maintain accurate forecasting and revenue reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper management of resources and to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support revenue growth.


Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or related field, preferably in the vacation rental industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with revenue management software and tools.
Experience managing multiple distribution channels and working with OTAs.
Experience with dynamic pricing software (Wheelhouse, Price Labs, etc.)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of local market trends and dynamics.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
