Remote Merchandising Assistant & Lead Coordinator (Commission-Based)

Based in the Philippines or another country experienced with U.S. clients
๐งพ Responsibilities
Research and build branded merchandise kits using our SAGE account
Find high-quality, quick-ship products from U.S.-based vendors
Create simple client proposals and flyers in Canva
Send outreach emails and track replies (templates provided)
Follow up with clients and assist with quoting and order tracking
๐ฐ Compensation
๐ผ This is a commission-only role to start. Payment is made per closed merchandise order, with commissions ranging from $50โ$150 depending on order size. There is potential for performance-based fixed pay after 60 days.
๐ Schedule
Flexible schedule with at least 2โ3 hours/day overlapping U.S. timezones
Monday to Friday, remote
๐ฏ Preferred Experience
Familiarity with promotional products, event support, or product sourcing
Experience with SAGE, Canva, or email CRM tools is a bonus
Strong organizational and communication skills
