Remote Executive Assistant

About Us:
We are a boutique urban farm delivering fresh microgreens to our community. We’re looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to manage our online operations and support the founder in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily online operations, manage customer service, and process orders.
• Generate reports and track team activities to ensure accountability and efficiency.
• Automate workflows using Zapier, Close CRM, Shopify, and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate team meetings and handle internal communication via Slack.
• Manage invoicing, billing, and financial tracking.
• Support the founder with scheduling, personal tasks, and time management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role managing remote teams.
• Proficiency in Zapier, CRM systems, Google Sheets, and automation tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
