The ideal Data Entry/Customer Supports Assistant should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects independently and as part of a team. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, project management software, and cloud-based applications, with an extensive knowledge of English to produce professional written material. Project Managers/Listing Agents should have experience in property management tasks, as well as admin support responsibilities. Responsibilities include project planning and adjusting timelines, executing project tasks, managing vendors and stakeholders, tracking costs, risks, and progress, maintaining project documentation, and providing administrative support. They will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for the remote Data Entry/Customer Supports Assistant position should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. They should have knowledge and experience in property management, as well as administrative assistant responsibilities. Technical skills should include proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and cloud-based applications. Additionally, excellent knowledge of the English language is a must, as the candidate will be expected to write emails, reports, and other documents in a professional manner. Finally, the candidate should have the ability to work on projects independently and in a collaborative environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Plan and adjust projects and timelines
• Execute tasks relating to Data Management, property listings, project maintenance and communications with potential clients
• Manage all aspects of remote projects from initial planning to completion
• Oversee project milestones and deadlines
• Communicate project updates and goals to Potential clients
• Track project costs, risks, issues, scope, progress and timeline
• Reconcile project invoices
• Manage vendor relationships
• Generate reports and update project documentation
• Identify and resolve conflicts or conflicts of interest
• Develop and implement strategies to improve project accuracy and effectiveness
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, document preparation and data entry
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations
