We are looking for a Real Estate Cold Caller with a proven track record in phone prospecting, possessing an American English accent for clear communication. Experience with dialer systems like Mojo dialer is a must, ensuring smooth workflow. A quiet calling environment and a reliable internet connection are essential for uninterrupted operations.
Responsibilities:
Your role will involve cold calling homeowners for a minimum of 2 hours daily, engaging in quality conversations to understand their needs. Alongside, you’ll perform simple tasks in parallel, ensuring efficient multitasking. You will ask qualifying questions to assess homeowners’ requirements accurately, updating our customer relationship management system with valuable leads.
