Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to assist our investment team by identifying and securing investment properties through strong relationships with realtors and wholesalers. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, wholesalers, and other property sources.
Actively initiate contact with potential sellers to uncover investment opportunities.
Evaluate property listings, conduct initial due diligence, and prepare summary reports.
Negotiate purchase terms and coordinate with our team to finalize transactions.
Maintain a current understanding of market trends to enhance property sourcing efforts.
Manage interactions and track potential deals using CRM systems.
Skills Needed:

Experience in real estate acquisitions or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to quickly analyze and assess property potential.
Proficiency in CRM software and real estate platforms.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Project Duration:
6 months with potential for extension based on performance.

Payment Terms:
