We are looking for a skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Project Manager and Property Listing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various projects and listing properties to our website. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have experience in project management.

Responsibilities:

– Manage various projects from start to finish
-List properties on our website using a native app
– Use Hubspot to create matching workflows for property listings
– Store property information on Google Sheets
– Post ads and social media posts using Meta
– Communicate with team members and clients to ensure successful completion of projects

Requirements:

– Familiarity with Hubspot, Google Sheets, and Meta
– Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
– Reliable internet connection and computer
– Fast learner

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. A typical job will take about 30 minutes to complete, but this may vary depending on the project.
