Project Manager Remote Company

We are looking for a Project Manager to provide support to our team while working remotely. We work primarily with leading universities and strives to deliver high-quality services to each and every client.

As a Project Manger, your main responsibility will be to run our video training programmes, which entails: managing several contact lists and support with the management of their individual Gdrive folders, scheduling training sessions, ensuring participants can access the documents they need in a timely manner, addressing participants’ queries, recording the sessions.

In addition, you’ll act as a support Project manager for our video production and e-event projects. This entails: scheduling shoots, managing the transfer of large files (footage), sorting and managing media assets, assisting with the release of our video products.

If you’re interested in doing so, we’ll also welcome your input and support for our communications campaigns (drafting media posts, managing social media accounts).

Finally, you’ll perform day-to-day accounting using Xero.

We’re seeking applicants able to handle projects autonomously and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.

This role requires excellent communications skills, attention to detail, high degree of professionalism, the ability to work under pressure and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
A strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools including Teams and Zoom.

Requirements and skills:
– Proven experience as a Virtual PM or relevant role
– Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
– Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
– Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
– Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
– Excellent time management skills
– Solid organisational skills
– Proof-reading skills

High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus

Experience with a video production company or education sector is a strong plus.
