Price Notification Bot for Solana & Ethereum

We are seeking a skilled developer to create a Telegram notification bot that alerts us whenever any token on the Solana and Ethereum blockchains:
– Reaches its all-time high.
– Is over $100k marketcap

Other devs have tried to build it, but without any success. The reason for that is the lack of API providers with all-time high data. But from my research it should be possible using Birdeye.io or Glassnode.com
